Enrollment in Dream Achievement Academy is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. By enrolling, you affirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

2. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Dream Achievement Academy are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, tuition, registration fees, and deposits. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling or credit transfers may be considered at our discretion.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms
Payment must be completed before accessing any course materials or coaching sessions. Any installment plans must be followed according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, PDFs, workbooks, and training materials, are the property of Dream Achievement Academy and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute course materials without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct
Respectful and professional behavior is expected in all Academy interactions. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant violating these terms without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability
Dream Achievement Academy provides educational services only. We do not guarantee specific results from participation. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our materials or coaching services.

7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
